株式会社テクスプレス（以下「当社」）は、タスク管理アプリ「ZENTO」（以下「本アプリ」）における 個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリが扱うデータは以下の3種類です。

📱 タスクデータ・カテゴリ・設定はすべてお使いの端末内のみに保存されます。 当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
2. AI機能とGoogle Geminiについて
送信されるデータ
- 自然言語入力：入力したテキスト（例：「明日までに企画書を作成する」）
- 音声入力：音声入力後に文字起こしされたテキスト（音声自体はAppleが処理し、テキスト化された内容のみ送信）
- サブタスク提案：タスクのタイトルと説明文
送信先
Google LLC が提供する Gemini API（generativelanguage.googleapis.com）
重要な注意点
- AI機能を使用しない限り、テキストデータが外部に送信されることはありません。
- 個人を特定できる情報（氏名・住所・連絡先等）をタスクに入力しないことを推奨します。
- Google による処理については、Google プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
3. 音声入力とApple Speech Recognitionについて
処理の仕組み
音声入力機能はiOSの Speech Framework（SFSpeechRecognizer） を使用します。音声データはAppleのサーバーに送信されて文字起こし処理が行われる場合があります。文字起こしされたテキストはアプリ上のテキストフィールドに表示され、AI解析を実行した場合のみGoogleに送信されます。
必要な権限
- マイク使用許可：音声の録音に使用
- 音声認識の許可：録音した音声をテキストに変換するために使用
これらの権限は音声入力機能の初回利用時にのみ求められます。許可しない場合でも、テキスト入力によるすべての機能は引き続きご利用いただけます。
重要な注意点
- Appleによる音声データの処理については、Appleプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
- 音声入力機能を使用しない限り、マイクへのアクセスは行われません。
- 録音した音声データは当社のサーバーに送信・保存されません。
4. サブスクリプションと課金情報
本アプリの課金処理はすべて Apple の App Store および StoreKit を通じて行われます。 当社はクレジットカード番号や支払い情報を収集・保存しません。 購入に関する情報は Apple が管理します。
サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、iPhone の 「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
5. データの利用目的
- タスク・カテゴリの作成・表示・編集・削除
- AI機能によるタスク情報の解析とサブタスクの提案
- 音声入力によるテキストの文字起こし
- 無料トライアル期間の管理
- アプリの表示設定の保持
6. 第三者への提供
当社は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
- AI機能利用時における Google Gemini API へのテキスト送信（上記2参照）
- 音声入力利用時における Apple Speech Recognition への音声データ送信（上記3参照）
- 課金処理における Apple との情報共有（上記4参照）
- 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
7. 追跡・広告・アナリティクス
🚫 本アプリは、広告SDK・行動追跡・クラッシュ解析ツール・アナリティクスツールを 一切使用していません。
8. データの保存と削除
- すべてのローカルデータはアプリを削除することで端末から削除されます。
- iCloud バックアップを有効にしている場合、タスクデータがバックアップに含まれることがあります。
- AI機能を通じて Google に送信されたデータの保持については、Google のポリシーが適用されます。
- 音声入力を通じて Apple に送信された音声データの保持については、Apple のポリシーが適用されます。
9. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。 13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合はアプリのアップデートまたは本ページにてお知らせします。 変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Texpress Corp. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the task management app ZENTO ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App handles three categories of data:

📱 Task data, categories, and settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. AI Features and Google Gemini
Data transmitted
- Natural language input: The text you type (e.g. "Create a proposal by tomorrow")
- Voice input: Transcribed text after voice input (audio is processed by Apple; only the transcribed text is sent to Google)
- Subtask suggestions: The task title and description you provide

Important notes
- No text is transmitted externally unless you actively use an AI feature.
- We recommend not entering personally identifiable information (name, address, contact details, etc.) in tasks.

3. Voice Input and Apple Speech Recognition
How it works
The voice input feature uses iOS's Speech Framework (SFSpeechRecognizer). Audio may be sent to Apple's servers for transcription processing. The transcribed text is displayed in the app's text field, and is only sent to Google if you choose to run the AI analysis.
Required permissions
- Microphone access: Used to record your voice
- Speech recognition: Used to convert recorded audio to text
These permissions are requested only the first time you use the voice input feature. All other app features remain fully available if you decline to grant these permissions.
Important notes
- For information on how Apple processes voice data, see the Apple Privacy Policy.
- The microphone is never accessed unless you actively use the voice input feature.
- Recorded audio is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
All billing is handled exclusively through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or payment information. All purchase information is managed by Apple.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
5. How We Use Information
- To create, display, edit, and delete tasks and categories
- To parse task information and suggest subtasks via AI features
- To transcribe speech to text via voice input
- To track and manage the free trial period
- To persist your display preferences within the App
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share user information with third parties, except:
- Text sent to Google Gemini API when you use AI features (see Section 2)
- Voice data sent to Apple Speech Recognition when you use voice input (see Section 3)
- Information shared with Apple for billing purposes (see Section 4)
- When required by applicable law
7. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics
🚫 The App does not use any advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, crash reporting tools, or analytics services.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- All local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
- If iCloud Backup is enabled, task data may be included in your device backup.
- Data sent to Google via AI features is subject to Google's data retention policies.
- Voice data sent to Apple via voice input is subject to Apple's data retention policies.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an app update or this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
